Child Safety Alliance Australia's Managing Director and CEO, Linda White, developed a comprehensive child safety policy and implementation suite for 12 Queensland councils, covering governance, conduct, complaints, reporting, duty of care, supervision, risk, cultural safety and role accountability, designed for the realities of local government service delivery.
Community and Education Services
Linda White, Managing Director and CEO of Child Safety Alliance Australia, worked with STEPS Group to review its child safety framework and test it in practice. The work included in-person site walk-throughs to check how policy requirements translated into real operating environments, connecting governance, reporting, staff responsibilities and practical risk controls.
