About Child Safety Alliance Australia
We exist for one reason — to help Australian organisations build child safe systems that work in the real world.
Why CSAA Exists
Child safety obligations are increasing. Legislation is evolving. The expectations on organisations working with children and young people are higher than they've ever been.
At the same time, most organisations are trying to meet those obligations with limited time, limited internal expertise, and systems that weren't built for the complexity they now face.
Child Safety Alliance Australia was established to close that gap.
We are a specialist practice focused exclusively on child safety — reviews, audits, training, policy, and implementation support. Nothing else. This isn't one service among many. It's all we do.

The Person Behind CSAA
CSAA was founded by Linda White — a qualified trainer, counsellor, and workplace consultant with 30 years of experience working directly with children, young people, and the organisations that serve them.
Linda's background spans government, education, not-for-profit, and corporate sectors. She has worked as a practitioner, executive leader, accredited trainer, and consultant — and brings that full range of experience to every engagement.
She has sat in the rooms where difficult decisions get made. She has supported organisations through disclosures, complaints, incidents, and governance failures. She understands what child safety looks like when it works — and what it looks like when it doesn't.
Linda holds postgraduate qualifications in leadership, psychology, counselling, and education, and is an accredited child safe environments trainer. Her advice is grounded in real-world experience, not theory.
The Connection to Whole People
CSAA sits alongside Whole People — Linda's broader consulting practice covering organisational wellbeing, culture, mental health, and HR advisory services.
While Whole People takes a holistic approach to people and organisations, CSAA exists for one specific purpose — child safety. The specialist focus means clients get dedicated expertise, not child safety as one service among many.
The experience behind both practices is the same. The focus of CSAA is singular.
How We Work
CSAA operates as a specialist practice with a small, experienced team. Every engagement is led and quality-checked by Linda directly.
We work with organisations across Australia — primarily in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland — and deliver onsite and remotely depending on what each engagement requires.
We don't believe in generic solutions. Every organisation we work with gets a response built around their specific situation, sector, and obligations.
What We Believe
Child safety isn't a compliance exercise. It's a practice — something organisations need to build, embed, and maintain over time.
Policies matter. Training matters. Audits matter. But none of it works if it isn't understood, applied, and sustained by the people inside the organisation.
That's what we work toward with every client. Not just compliance. A culture where child safety is part of how the organisation operates every day.
Work With a Team That Knows This Field
If your organisation works with children and young people, we can help you build systems that are clear, compliant, and genuinely effective.
