What This Looks Like in Practice
Managing Director and CEO Linda White developed a Queensland-specific child safety framework for Paddle Queensland, the state governing body for paddle sports, designed to work across a state sporting organisation and its network of affiliated clubs. The framework addressed the realities of community sport, water-based activities, volunteer-led coaching, mixed adult and junior participation, travel and events, giving clubs of varying size and capability a consistent, practical standard to work from.
